Its My Time Now! Its My time now, Ive achieved and accomplished goals in life but all with a struggle. During the periods of my Life, the focus was not Nikki Rich, it was my friends, family, colleagues and others. February of 2010,there were so many storms.The school system went through cuts and this process and my position was cut. I was distraught and felt as if I could handle this loss. I can say that when I fall down, and get back up. I took it upon my self to enroll in Hair School to become a Stylist just until a plan was in place. August 2010, Classes started, I was estatic. Hair was always a passion but my second one since eighth grade. I really enjoy attending Beauty School.. While attending I was the Editor for the School Newsletter "Emquire." It was important for me to take a look at myself, my surroundings, my friendships and personal relationships. Change was my thoughts in 2010, what is it that I can dot far as better myself. My relationship with God was stronger than ever... I began to grow realizing that sometimes we are in denial about our self. It may seem as if you do not need to make changes but there are. Any unhealthy relationships were released, I laid all negativity, debts, hate,hurt, resentment to rest. On Dec. 1,2010 I founded Steppers Enrichment Program, Inc. Steppers Strive to Encourage Protect Provide and Educational Resources to Students. http://steppersenrichmentprograminc.com I just new right then Its my Time Now! I continue to do my best.. even though I am constantly faced with storms.. I know that in order for me to become stronger I have to struggle. Life is not easy but an obstacle can be turned into a opportunity. God was prepping me in 2010 for the rebirth of Nikki Rich in 2011. He never said that It was going to be easy but he did say "Ask and it Shall be given", "Knock and the Door will be open,,,,This is my season and I will continue to push forward. Its My time Now!!!

Our mission is dedicated to helping prepare students to develop as young leaders by excelling and succeeding in todays society, given the services and tools needed to achieve. Stephanie N. Richardson began to pursue her vision while teaching for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System. She is active in the community and enjoys empowering youth throughout the Charlotte and surrounding areas coaching, mentoring and speaking at events. In January of 2011, Stephanie composed the "Stepping to into Education project by partnering with Right Choices, a local alternative school within Charlotte Mecklenburg School System in Chalrotte, NC.
